HIS HOLINESS ANANTAKOTI BRAMHAND NAYAK RAJADHIRAJ YOGIRAJ SADGURU SHRI SWAMI SAMARTH OF AKKALKOT

While declaring his decision to leave this material world (Samadhi) his holiness repeated the words of Lord Krishna reassuring his devotees that he would always be there for those who performed good karma and maintained faith in god
"Ananyaschintayantomam Ye Jana Paryupaste Tesham Nityam Bhiyuktanam Yagkshema vahamyaham"
These words are experienced by several devotees practicing different religions even today; 100 years after his samadhi in 1878
Swami Samarth Sadhkashram was founded in 1985 by Shri Shashikant Chitnis to teach the principles of meditation at different levels to lay man to combat stress in daily life and help the poor for educational and medical purposes irrespective of color, cast, religion and race.

Involved deeply in the devotion of “Shri Swami Samarth of Akkalkot”, Shri Shashikant Chitnis achieved his spiritual guidance from “Shri Gulavni Maharaj” in Pune, India and “Param Sadguru Shri Gajanan Maharaj of Akkalkot”, India and is practicing the “Patanjali Yogasutra” for over 30 years. He enjoyed very close interaction with these divine gurus for several years. He has been providing spiritual guidance to several people on the path led by his divine guru's. His major goal is not only restricted to spiritual enlightenment but to provide aid to people needing support for education and medical treatment.
